Beautifull House in Zubovici - Novalja
for the perfect holiday
Our holiday house is located above the village Zubovići with a beautiful sea view. This house provides accommodation for max 4 people. Guests can use the barbecue area behind the house, and there is also a terrace with sun deck. This accommodation provides two hiking trails that run right next to the house. The road next to the house is suitable for cycling. 50 meters from the house there is a concrete playground and a bowling alley. Veli Žal Beach in Zubovići is about 300 meters away, the other Plat Beach is about 1km away. The house is very well connected by traffic. The drive to the beach, which provides free parking, takes just 3 minutes. There is also a beach for the dogs. The famous Ručica beach is about an 8-minute drive away. The fish restaurant is only a 5-minute walk away. In the village there is a shop and a bakery which are also 5 minutes walk away.

Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigen sollte. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Einen wundervollen Blick in die Bucht vom Panoramafenster aus oder der zweiten Terasse hinter dem Haus. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Hinter dem Haus liegen die Berge. Der Außengrill ist super. Die mögliche Klimatisierung der Räume war sehr gut da es sehr heiß war. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Dom położony na skraju wioski.Widok z okna robi robotę. Świetna opcja dla osób które lubią odpoczynek z dala od zgiełku kurortów wakacyjnych. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny mieszka w tej samej miejscowości kilka domów dalej. Cudownie wypoczeliśmy, z chęcią tu wrócimy.
